Narinder Pal Singh started his carrier as an assistant design engineer in a manufacturing facility engaged in production of electrical panel in New Delhi in the late-eighties, soon after graduating. While working at a manufacturing he had chance to learn about various design aspects of electrical safety automation. Soon he moved on to work for another Delhi based electrical contracting firm, Superior Electricals, where he grew from the ranks of a site engineer to project head in a span of around seven years. In Superior Electricals, Narinder was responsible for a implementation and value engineering for a wide range of projects including the likes of McDonald’s, ITDC, NDMC, Philips India, Punj Lloyd. Supervising the execution of these projects, he was instrumental in adding a large repertoire of works to the profile of the firm he represented.
