Features : Sage is a four star hotel brand for the family traveler, belonging to Next Story Group. This property islocated in Ringwood, a suburb of Melbourne and considered to be the gateway to the Yarra valley. Theentire belt, known for its rich agricultural produce and wineries is well visited by tourists round the year.Eastland Shopping Center has been expanded and redeveloped very recently and is currently the mostsought after high-end retail destination in the vicinity of Melbourne. As part of the development, SageHotel is well poised to attract tourists and business travelers alike. A unique feature of the hotel is alsoits public areas, which is being designed as a haven for the local farm communities to show case theirproduce and engage with travelers. COLD WATER CREEK:A GASTRO-PUB STYLE RESTAURANT(WOLLONGONG, AUSTRALIA)

OWNER : SilverNeedle Hospitality

Cost of Works : AUD 500,000

Features : Inspired by the laid back modern gastropub dining, the promoters wanted to develop a novel conceptfor this restaurant chain. Sylvan first developed a prototype design with elements of design that may beinterpreted contextually wherever each franchise is opened. The promoters then mandated Sylvan toadopt the prototype to design the restaurant for the franchise at Sage Hotel, Wollongong. Therestaurant was designed to operate from the hotel Lobby. The ceiling design element was re-interpreted into a lumber shell, to take shape as the whole envelope for therestaurant, in order to define its own space within the hotel lobby. The other design elements were designed as modularelements that could be manufactured at an off-shore Location and shipped the site. The restaurantwas set-up in a matter of thirty days

200 ROOM LINQ HOTEL PROTOTYPE (ASIA PACIFIC)

Features : New brand hotel, prototype design SilverNeedle Hospitality retained Pro-M to develop the design concept and technical standards for their new brand, fashioned Lin@ Hotel. A site in Tokyo was chosen for the design of the prototype. The brandtargeted the new millennials (Gen Z) and Pro-M were asked to define the various components of sucha hotel, the typical design for a guestroom, the common facilities to be provided and their mode of operation. Based on this prototype design, SNH is now developing more LinQ hotels across various geographic regions.

36 KEY BOUTIQUE KAFNU HOTEL (ALEXANDRIA, SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA)

Features : For their first KAFNU hotel in Australia, Next Story Group (erstwhile SNH) chose a vibrant site in Alexandria, Sydney. It is a brownfield site which has the erstwhile Mill. The campus is adjacent to the fully operational and hugely successful eatery The Ground, also set-up in an erstwhile pie making factory. The KAFNU hotel will be housed within an existing concrete building with flatted roofs. The hotel will have rooms alongside communal work spaces.

Features : An existing hotel in the city of Hyderabad was refurbished and rebranded into a brand new 4-star hotel property. The building comprises of Three Basements (Parking + back-of-house), Ground Floor thru 2nd Floor (Public Areas) and Guestroom Floors (3rd to 11th Floors). The Meeting Rooms is located on the 12th Floor.

UsQuBa: SCOTTISH RESTAURANT & BAR (SINGAPORE)

Features : With the view of bringing the best of Scotland to the rest of the world, Scots Concepts has launched probably the only Scottish fine dining restaurant in Singapore. The executive chef of the restaurant has earned the most coveted Michelin starts twice for the restaurant he had been in the helm of in the past. The bar boasts of a carefully curated range of spirits originating from the land of malt, Scotland. The location of the restaurant is at the corner upper storey of the prestigious One Fullerton building, overlooks the Merlion and offers a 360 degree view of the Bay, with the majestic Marina Bay Sands in the backdrop. UsQuBa is already receiving rave reviews in the media and is all set to be shining star in the dining and malt circuit of Singapore..

THE SMOKE CO, PRIMAL BAR 200 COVER BBQ RESTAURANT & BAR (BENGALURU, INDIA)

Features : The promoters of Café Thulp, a Bengaluru based chain of restaurant serving gourmet food having a cult following amongst the millennials, planned to embark upon a new venture. They wanted to introduce the authentic American barbecue food to the Indian foodies. After years of research in creating magic with smoked meats, the duo identified a prominent site at Koramangala. SilverNeedle Hospitality (SNH), a hotel group based out of Singapore, was hired to assist them in setting up the restaurant, who in turn hired our team for the M&E services design and our associates were mandated to design the building and interiors

Features : 1,000,000 square feet structure will rise 48-stories.The first five levels of the Centre will consist of a 230,000 square feet lifestyle retail mall. Above the mall will be a 200-room NEXT Hotels®, the flagship brand of SilverNeecle® Hospitality, and the first such hotel to be launched in Asia, after Australia. The upper levels of the Colombo City Centre will offer 180 residential units where the residence will enjoy exclusive Club amenities and use of the Sky Terrace.
