Features : Inspired by the laid back modern gastropub dining, the promoters wanted to develop a novel conceptfor this restaurant chain. Sylvan first developed a prototype design with elements of design that may beinterpreted contextually wherever each franchise is opened. The promoters then mandated Sylvan toadopt the prototype to design the restaurant for the franchise at Sage Hotel, Wollongong. Therestaurant was designed to operate from the hotel Lobby. The ceiling design element was re-interpreted into a lumber shell, to take shape as the whole envelope for therestaurant, in order to
define its own space within the hotel lobby. The other design elements were designed as modularelements that could be manufactured at an off-shore Location and shipped the site. The restaurantwas set-up in a matter of thirty days

Features : New brand hotel, prototype design SilverNeedle Hospitality retained Pro-M to develop the design concept and technical standards for their
new brand, fashioned Lin@ Hotel. A site in Tokyo was chosen for the design of the prototype. The brandtargeted the new millennials (Gen Z) and Pro-M were asked to define the various components of sucha hotel, the typical design for a guestroom, the common facilities to be provided and their mode of operation. Based on this prototype design, SNH is now developing more LinQ hotels across various geographic regions.

Features : For their first KAFNU hotel in Australia, Next Story Group (erstwhile SNH) chose a vibrant site in Alexandria, Sydney. It is a brownfield site which has the erstwhile Mill. The campus is adjacent to the fully operational and hugely successful eatery The Ground, also set-up in an erstwhile pie making factory. The KAFNU hotel will be housed within an existing concrete building with flatted roofs. The hotel will have rooms alongside communal work spaces.
